Odd that is doesn’t contain eggs or cream.

 Chocolaterie Stam Egg-Cream

(Made with Stam's Mooooove Quik! Over Chocolate Syrup)


Per person

3 ounce of Stam’s Moooove over Quik! Chocolate Syrup

4 ounce of cold milk

4 fluid ounce of carbonated water or soda water

Ice (fill to just ¼ below the rim)


Per 16 ounce glass

  1. Add sauce to cup
  2. Add milk and  stir
  3. Add ice
  4. Add sparkling soda
